Train Measurement System
TMS-E232
The TMS is a reliable, rugged gyro-based tilt sensor designed for train applications. The TMS has proven itself in high speed train applications for accurate outputs of vertical reference with lateral accelerations, roll angles, and yaw rates. The construction of the TMS tilt sensor allows for mounting directly to the train's axle assembly for accurate sensing of track and car operational dynamics required for track monitoring or tilt control.
Applications:
The TMS-E232 is ideal for applications where accurate turn rate and superelevation (roll angle) are required. With its durable housing, the TMS can be successfully mounted in very rugged environments.
