Watson Industries' most popular GPS enabled inertial measurement sensor is the DMS-EGP02.

The GP02 series sensors use a dual antenna GPS system to acquire heading data - even when the device is stationary. Since the DMS is also an inertial measurement unit, it can still provide heading reference data during GPS dropouts.
